Although we do offer promptly free delivery for in-bound call-ups, we are capable of next-day or even same-day delivery in some cases to our automatic follow-up and open-ended agreement customers.

Automatic follow-up
We offer all of our clients the possibility to be called by us at a regular interval. This enables us to manage our orders more efficiently, making it possible for us to group them by product type and geographical location. This also allows our clients a certain peace of mind when it comes to thinking about their chemical needs.

Open-ended agreements
We also offer our customers with the possibility of signing an open-ended agreement with us, permiting us with the ability to automatically deliver known repeatable orders without the hastle of contacting our client everytime. This "scheduled delivery system" allows complete peace of mind for our clients, making it possible for them to concentrate on more important aspects of their daily routine.

Contracts
In order to offer the most competitive pricing available for our larger clients, we offer them the possibility to sign with us for exclusive rights to fufill their chemical/sanitation needs. Unlike an open-end agreement, our contracts are not cancellable and usually have a duration of one to two years.
